The constant search to obtain the optimal growth of the plant is one of the characteristics that describes Paco Posadas, which makes him one of the main producers of Rachel & Co. With more than 40 years of growing experience involving care, dedication, specialisation, investment and passion.

We share with him our commitment to care for the environment, which is why all the pots and materials used in this production are R&R, i.e. recyclable and recycled.

Working together has helped us to evolve a lot. The needs of my customers, the tireless search for new colours, the evolution of the product according to the market and, as you already know me, my female intuition or my stubbornness, depending on the point of view, have brought us to where we are today.  Dipladenia

At present, our work with Paco Posadas is totally exclusive. He has always been faithful to the Dipladenia “Sanderi” variety in bushes. The formats available for this season are the popular 7Ø trays, 9Ø, 10Ø and 14Ø pots, 23Ø bowls and 40Ø planters.

As you know, the Dipladenia sanderi flower is only pink or white, so we have incorporated other varieties according to customer demand, always opting for hybrid species to offer the market other, more innovative colours.

For Paco, Dipladenia sanderi is purer, more resistant to climatic changes and pests and therefore generates fewer problems for the end customer. These are plants that last longer.

Year after year, he works with the best breeders to study and verify the results of production in Almeria before programming a large volume of planting. He ensures meticulous control and research on each variety until he knows its essence, its reactions and responses to any unpredictable change in temperature, water, fertilization, … which will condition the development of the plant in the final customer.

His excellent work gives me the guarantee and confidence to defend the Dipladenia during the campaign without great effort, because the market is more demanding every day, very changeable and until the plant is at its optimum time of flowering, budding, branching, … it is not selected for sale.

Paco is one of the producers who inspired me to think about creating a brand that would guarantee the quality and love of plant production, which is what -lou lou- represents today.
